Joseph A. Marzano is an Investment Analyst for Sonoma Ridge Capital. His primary responsibilities include assisting Sonoma’s Principals in the sourcing, review, analysis, and structuring of investment opportunities. Mr. Marzano is also responsible for conducting detailed market analysis and asset valuation. In addition, he maintains due diligence loan files in an orderly and systematic way, prepares terms sheets, and assists with key third party service providers for closing loan transactions. Prior to joining Sonoma in September of 2009, Mr. Marzano was the Director of Finance for a multi-million dollar professional liability insurance company, where his primary functions were to monitor and manage cash flow, business development, and evaluating and executing on potential acquisition targets. Previously to that position, Mr. Marzano was the Managing Director of Worth Capital from 2003 through 2006, where he serviced several middle market companies in the areas of Operational Turnarounds, Workouts, Re-capitalizations and Acquisitions.

Mr. Marzano earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University. He currently resides in Jackson, Michigan.
